The MG-2Y is a robust, self-lubricating bearing. It features a steel backing for strength, sintered with a bronze powder layer for porosity. This layer is then filled with POM (Polyoxymethylene), a low-friction engineering polymer. It provides high static/ dynamic load capacity, excellent wear resistance, and requires no external lubrication. This makes it a cost-effective and durable solution for high-load, low-to-medium speed applications across various industries, particularly in automotive and industrial machinery.
